The Wellesley Gardeners’ Guild, begun in 1968, has contributed to the beautification of Wellesley through our many civic projects. Along the way we have opened our homes, our gardens, and our hearts to each other. We are the Wellesley Gardeners’ Guild. The purpose of our club is to increase knowledge and interest in all phases of gardening and promote better horticultural practices, civic beauty, and conservation and restoration of natural resources.
The WGG meets monthly at various community locations where we have either a speaker or workshop program on a variety of garden topics. Our group has a maximum of 35 members. Each member is expected to attend our monthly group meeting and serve on one of the committees that support our civic efforts. If you are a Wellesley resident and interested in joining our group, please contact us at the address above.
